What We Do
We buy homes (or land). We buy homes as-is, in any condition. No repairs are necessary. We will take care of those! We buy with cash, so no delays in closing waiting for a loan to get approved. We buy homes from people in situations where they are either needing or wanting to sell quickly, such as:

- Already own inherited property that you can’t afford the mortgage on or have no desire to deal with

- Too little equity to list with a realtor to cover listing fees/closing costs
- Upside down in your mortgage
- Medical issues and you need to sell to relocate closer to family or move into assisted living, etc.
- Any life changes that have you needing to sell quickly
- Wanting to avoid having to deal with repairs or the hassle of having people walk through your house for showings when listing through a realtor

- If you accept the offer, we typically close in 2-4 weeks.
